Our 5 rooms, a Studio and an Apartment were refurbished between 2023-24 with a modern and elegant taste.
All have individual AC, heating, a personal mini fridge, kettle and ensuite bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

Will also take care of the permit for the ZTL by sending your license plate electronically to the police to avoid a fine. It is not possible to park on the street as the few parking spaces available are for residents.
Yes, thanks to our self check-in service available 24/7, you can arrive at any time. For early arrival you can leave your luggage from 11am at the entrance of the guest house. The same for check-out, you can leave after the scheduled time of 10 am.
Of course! We offer a free luggage storage service for all our guests. You can safely leave your luggage at the entrance of the San Lorenzo Residence if you arrive before check-in time or wish to explore the city after check-out.
Our priority is accessibility and comfort for all guests. Unfortunately, the San Lorenzo Residence is on the second floor with no elevator so 40 steps to climb. It may not be very practical for people with walking disabilities.
